Manages Territory Sales activities for a specific team.Responsible for all hiring, training, and development of Territory Sales Representatives.Ensures the proper execution of training and merchandising as well as event support for DISH Network retailers.
Strategic planning with high potential TVRO accounts
Partner with National Sales Manager to set key measurable performance objectives for each territory
Ensure delivery against predefined goals and metrics
Audit National Account merchandising and training to hold Territory Sales Reps accountable.
Drive event planning and staffing for their territory
Analyze Territory Sales Reps’ schedules to optimize productivity and reduce travel costs
Engage and take leadership role in sourcing, selection, and hiring of employees
Take active role in employee development
Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager including planning, evaluating, controlling and tracking against goals, budget, and timetables.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; 3+ years related experience, and 1-2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
