Systems Administrator
The Systems Administrator is responsible for implementing and supporting the core business infrastructure including but not limited to server hardware and operating systems and enterprise applications in the wide area network.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Design & develop highly reliable, available, and secure computing infrastructures
Management and support of server environments at data center and all remote locations
Proactively monitor system stability and performance
Lead cross-functional projects with high complexity
Provide hands-on support and contribute to 24x7 on-call rotation
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field
3 to 5 years experience supporting enterprise servers and applications
Superior organization, prioritization, self-motivation, and problem resolution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with both technical teams and customers
Windows Server Operating System configuration and management
Microsoft Exchange and SQL Server
Citrix Server Environment
Management of Switches, Firewalls, and Wireless infrastructure
SAN and Virtualization technologies
