Kelly IT Resources has an exciting opportunity for an experiences Systems Analyst with a background in web content management (WCM), digital asset management (DAM), and eBusiness. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a major employer in the St. Louis area.
The eBusiness Analyst is responsible for developing and supporting IT technologies and processes that deliver our clients website. This is a new role as a member of the Content Management (CM) Team located within eBusiness Technology. This is a high-level entry to mid-level career position with tremendous growth and learning opportunities interfacing with cutting edge technologies that drive our clients eCommerce web site.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Perform IT system administration level tasks for the web content management (WCM), language translation management and digital asset management (DAM) systems. - Operate as a web content management expert to build and manage web pages and front end functionality using the corporate web content management platform in concert with Jscript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, and AJAX. - Troubleshoot web production issues and partner with IT support and eMarketing support teams to deliver short and long term technical solutions. - Assist global eMarketing Teams via technical stewardship with daily creation/authoring, maintenance, and publishing of new and legacy content and web pages. - Build and provide subject matter expertise and system workflow management support to IT development teams that build web site functions requiring foreign languages. - Support and configure DAM system functionality and workflows for corporate image asset management and rendition creation supporting eMarketing, Marketing Communications, and eBusiness teams. - Identify opportunities and make recommendations for better ways to do business through support, process, or technical improvements. - Operate as a project manager/analyst to implement small project initiatives. - Contribute to corporate web content management strategy best practices.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education: - Bachelors degree in a computer science, information management, or scientific field with a strong IT background. - Associates degree with a robust experience and work history will be considered.
Desired Experience Level: - Beginner - Operating as participant in structured process development and continuous improvement efforts. - Beginner - Writing and continuously improving structured support documents and system test procedures (i.e. system change management). - Intermediate - Web technical lead managing and supporting operations for customer facing web sites. - Intermediate - Performing system and business analysis and system administration of internet/intranet sites or client-server-database applications. - Intermediate - Working within formal project / development management methodologies or SDLCs (Waterfall, Agile-Fall, Agile, XP). - Expert - Building web pages using HTML, Jscript, JQuery, CSS, and AJAX. - Expert - Understanding business concepts and operational support challenges of a production eCommerce web site. - Expert - Providing advanced internal, end-user technical support.
