Senior Manager-Budgets & Analysis
Description
Member of the Finance team that supports an assigned Business Unit Officer and his/her team by working with them to create budgets and forecasts, as well as providing monthly reporting and variance analysis. Analyzes actual financial results each month for accuracy and submits Journal Entries to Accounting as required during month-end close. Involves financial analysis in support of short and long term goals, in addition to periodic project work. May require creation of or input to business cases for new products, sales commissions plans, or other projects based on business needs. Requires regular communication with and periodic presentations to Director and Senior Director level staff.
Qualifications
Requirements: 4 year college degree in Finance or Accounting; 5-7 years of relevant experience; excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office suite plus financial and reporting systems such as Oracle, Essbase, etc); excellent written and oral communication skills.
