My client, a global manufacturer located in St. Louis, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for a full-time position. The Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to an experienced Business Unit Controller and responsibilities will include:
Preparation of forecasts, projections, P&L bridge, variance analysis and ad hoc analysis for a profitable $250MM business segment.
Qualitative review of business segment changes based on any applicable factors. The qualitative review will include analysis of details as well as overall trends and changes affecting the big-picture of the segment.
Providing recommendations and suggestions for system improvements to senior management.
The Senior Financial Analyst is a newly created position in a very high-profile division of a well established company. The company provides a competitive salary ( anticipated range of $70,000 – $75,000 or higher depending on qualifications ) and an excellent benefit package including a generous 401k, health, dental, life and annual bonus.
This is an excellent opportunity for a career oriented individual with progressive FP&A experience, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and a desire for performance-based career growth.
Requirements:
Requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst position include:
BBA in Finance or Accounting
4+ years of progressive FP&A experience (manufacturing environments strongly preferred)
Excellent Excel skills are mandatory
CPA or MBA preferred
