Sales Associate- Radio
The Sales Associate position will be an aspiring Account Executive. This position is a nine to twelve month progression learning the Radio Sales position. At the end of the training, it is expected that the Sales Associate will be ready to become a full time, experienced Account Executive. This is a temporary, full time position.
The early stages of this position will be focused on sales training, building relationships, working with the Traffic, Promotions and Programming departments in an effort to comprehend the totality of becoming an Account Executive.
Middle to late stages of the Sales Associate position will consist of shadowing current Account Executives in order to learn the more intricate details of being a successful Account Executive.
This progression into an Account Executive is determined by the Sales Associate's ability to assimilate and understand our Sales policies and procedures.
