Springhouse appraisal management, a division of Altisource™, is an intermediary that uses a nationwide panel of certified and licensed appraisers to expedite multiple real estate appraisal requests. This outsourcing of the appraisal process insulates our clients from any questions concerning appraiser selection and influence. There are several other areas of benefit that are inherent in using Springhouse appraisal services. Our clients reduce overhead costs by eliminating fixed expenses associated with in-house real estate appraisal procurement. Springhouse AMC offers clients a competitive advantage in an increasingly challenging mortgage-lending industry.
Altisource™ is a provider of services focused on high value, knowledge-based functions principally related to real estate and mortgage portfolio management, asset recovery and customer relationship management. Utilizing integrated technology that includes decision models and behavioral based scripting engines, we provide solutions that improve our clients’ performance and maximize their returns.
Altisource™ has three primary business segments including:
Mortgage Services- Mortgage portfolio management services that span the mortgage lifecycle (e.g. origination, valuation, closing and title services, default management services, asset management and component services)

Unique intellectual property, such as behavioral-science principles, artificial intelligence driven scripting engines and risk decision models are used to reduce performance variability and improve compliance and overall performance for Altisource and its clients.
This position will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling residential valuations.
Responsibilities include:
· Responsible for the timely review of residential Broker Price Opinions and Appraisals for quality control and valuation purposes · Responsible for analyzing market information provided by field vendors and by clients · Reconcile an opinion of value while meeting daily production standards · Key Result Areas: · Meet and/or exceed daily production standards as established by management for the review of Broker Valuations and Appraisals · Adhere to quality standards by (a) following a specified review format, (b) addressing primary review points, and (c) reconciling to a generally reasonable and supported value
Qualifications:
· Active Real Estate Appraiser license · Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications to include Excel and Power Point · Minimum three year’s experience as an active licensed or certified appraiser · National review experience is preferred · A college degree in Business from an accredited University is required
