We Are Conducting A Search For A Regional Sales Manager For Our Centers In The Central Region.
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER Regional Sales Manager (RSM) needed for fast-paced, rapidly growing company. The RSM will provide support and leadership to an inside sales team within a specific region through teaching, evaluating, developing, coaching, and motivating each member individually and as a team to drive an exceptional customer experience. This position supports and partners with the Regional Director of Operations to co-manage the sales functions and results in the region. Experience in regional field sales management in a matrix environment preferred. This is a full time (80%) traveling position. Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum 5 years experience leading, developing, and directing sales teams in a multi-center environment essential. Minimum 7-10 years sales experience in a customer facing role. Ability to travel 80% within region to visit centers and attend sales and training meetings as required. Demonstrated leadership, teaching, coaching, and people development skills. Proven ability to achieve superior results. Demonstrated strong understanding of consultative sales processes in a customer focused environment. Demonstrated planning/organization, problem solving and decision making skills, as well as a strong capacity to utilize and encourage teamwork. Demonstrated personal adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to drive change. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, managers, other company personnel and business contacts. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire those in a sales / customer experience role. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data bases.
