We're a 60,000 square foot of state-of-the-art full entertainment venue. With three state of the art, private meeting rooms and Strikerz bar and grill. Our new Kitchen Manager will deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food & drinks within a fun environment.
Position Summary: The Kitchen Manager will be responsible to coordinate all functions of the kitchen and report to the General Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:
TRAINING & SCHEDULING ' Hires, orients, trains, schedules and terminates cooks, dishwashers, and café staff. Provides work direction to kitchen employees on required tasks. ORDER & INVENTORY - Takes inventory daily on required items. Assists in developing levels of inventories (pars) on service requirements to inhibit waste and maintain security. Takes complete Food inventory as required (weekly). Orders all food and F&B supplies. Checks incoming goods/supplies to ensure quality and quantity. Maintains current cost figures and informs General Manager of any price changes necessary. ADMINISTRATIVE ' Prepares annual reviews for kitchen staff and prepare reports for the General Manager. Attends general employee meetings and F&B staff meetings Performs kitchen duties as assigned (prep, cook, expedite, etc.)

Job Requirements: Minimum Position Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience as a lead cook. Minimum of 1 year supervisor training and experience.
Education: Culinary or business degree or equivalent experience preferred
