GTIMS Administrator
Where Technology and Teamwork come together, Northrop Grumman Technical Services sector is seeking a Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS) Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. This position will be located at Scott AFB, IL. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's GTIMS Team which manages providing subject matter expertise, training, engineering and technical support for the GTIMS software for Air Mobility Command (AMC). Roles and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Northrop Grumman GTIMS subject matter expert (SME) at Scott AFB, IL.
• Provide over-the-shoulder and phone support to users of the GTIMS application.
• Provide one-on-one and small group initial, follow-on and refresher training on the operations of GTIMS.
• Develop local GTIMS training materials
• Assist users (Aircrew, evaluators, flight surgeons, schedulers, flight commanders, squadron commanders, and wing commanders) in using GTIMS.
• Respond to Ad-hoc report requests from users.
• Plan, install, test, and deploy new versions of GTIMS at existing and new installation locations.
• Support software testing and evaluation
• Perform system admin duties for servers and workstations under the local GTIMS office control.
• Provide initial GTIMS troubleshooting and coordinate with the GTIMS software team.
• Some weekend and shift work may be required.
Basic Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• Degree/experience levels required: Degree and 3 years experience is required or 10 years experience with no degree.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with military users and leadership are a must.
• Knowledge of flight operations at Scott AFB, IL.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. NAC is required.
• Must currently hold CompTIA Security certification.
• Candidate needs to be self motivated and able to effectively work with various personalities. Preferred Qualifications:
• Candidate should have knowledge of GTIMS/TIMS/ARTS.
• Experience as an Windows administrator
• Knowledge of AMC Flight Operations (i.e. training, scheduling, evaluation procedures, aircrew qualifications, aircrew certifications and resource management).
