Very well established industrial construction organization is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director for a direct hire career opportunity based in St. Louis, MO. This professional role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, forecasts, marketing and deal strategy for complex industrial construction projects across the country.
Responsibilities:
-> Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales plans, forecasts, marketing and capture strategies for complex industrial construction projects across the country. -> Maintain and expand relationships with current and future clients, architects, consultants and other business and community organizations -> Analyze risk associated with proposed projects and make recommendations for best course of action -> Work with proposed project staff to finalize bid packages
Requirements:
-> 10+ years experience working in the heavy industrial construction market, with a focus on power generation or petrochemical projects -> Direct experience with primary responsibilities leading business development activities in support of industrial construction services -> Bachelor?s degree in engineering, construction management or business preferred
