Works closely with ancillary departments to ensure coordinator of services. Responsible for assisting the Manager with development of the yearly budget as assigned. Use key statistics to manage operations and uses financial reports to monitor productivity against budget. Utilize data to identify business opportunity for program developments and fiscal growth. Responsible for directing and coaching the Unit Secretaries to ensure effective and efficient administrative processes. This person exercises judgment in identifying and resolving issues and problems related to administrative staffing and administrative processes. Must be able to demonstrate diplomacy and tact in dealing with clinical personnel. Must protect confidential information and records. This person must have well-developed written and verbal skills. The position requires the ability to effectively work with a variety of clinical software applications.
