Title: Appraisal Manager 1 Location: Missouri-MO-Saint Louis Other Locations: IL-IL-Naperville Manage commercial real estate appraisal and evaluation process for an assigned territory. Engage external vendor using appropriate scope based on characteristics of transaction and review real estate appraisals and evaluations for compliance with bank standards, USPAP, and federal and state regulations. Resolve deficiencies and questions with appraisal and evaluation reports. Consult with bank lending staff regarding appraisal and evaluation policy, procedures, and regulations and collateral valuation. Provide training to lending staff for appraisal and evaluation policy and procedures, appraisal and evaluation regulations, and appraisal methodology. Mange external vendor panel.

- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred - State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser - Successful completion of advanced appraisal courses offered by the Appraisal Institute - MAI (Designated Member of Appraisal Institute) or Associate Member of Appraisal Institute - 10 or more years of experience in real estate appraisal activities Preferred Skills/Experience
