Unigraphics NX CAM Programmer

The NC Programmer will be involved with CNC applications in an engineering design and development aerospace facility.
Responsibilities will include using Unigraphics NX2 and NX4 models to create CNC tool paths and programs required to manufacture parts, and leading efforts for postprocessor development and implementation. Candidates must be able to fill the CAM gap between engineering and machine production, and have the ability to troubleshoot existing NC programs, sequences and procedures, recommending new software and processes to streamline production efforts.
Requirements:
* CNC Programmer (Unigraphics preferred) Qualifications
3-5 years experience in an NC machining environment (preferably aerospace)
* Ability to troubleshoot process problems
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills
* Experience programming, setting up, and running NC machinery
* Experience with a CAD/CAM system (Unigraphics)
* Experience designing tooling
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Vericut experience a plus
* Formalized training either college degree, trade school, or apprenticeship a plus
* Catia also acceptable
