The Manager, Program Resources, Program Management Office, Symphony is responsible for managing scarce resources (human and capital) to ensure they are allocated appropriately and are linked to program performance and aligned with budget. This entails management of personnel supply/demand forecasting and related program personnel functions; as well as procurement of physical goods and services necessary to support the program. All commuting expenses will be paid in accordance to Ascension Healths policy. (Relocation is not expected). Monday through Thursday work schedule on-site in St. Louis, with Friday working at home.
Requirements:
The position requires a B.S. in Business or related field; Masters degree or the equivalent is preferred. Six (6) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in large business transformation and resource management is required. Prior experience in ERP implementations or large scale projects is required; 1-2 programs >50 resources, >=$20M budget, and 2 years duration while in a PMO support or resource management leadership role.
